Special Information for Our Clients
  1. Arriving for Appointments:  We encourage all of our clients to arrive at least 5 minutes early for their appointments to allow time to unwind before your service. Starting your appointment on time allows you to receive a relaxing, leisurely service. We cannot guarantee that all services will be completed for late arrivals.   2. Rescheduling:  We recommend you schedule your return services prior to leaving the salon so you may enjoy the most optimum scheduling convenience.  
  3. Personal Property:  We regret we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to personal property, including clothing and accessories. For your protection, please keep all valuables with you during your appointment.
  4. Prices:  Prices are subject to change without notice. Our professional’s pricing structure is based on their current skill set. As they continue to advance in their profession their prices will increase accordingly.
  5. Gift Cards are NON-REFUNDABLE and are NOT REDEEMABLE for CASH.
  6. Returns:  All retail items (products, etc.) are NON-REFUNDABLE but can be exchanged for alternate products or returned for in-store credit. Make-up and styling tools are not returnable.
  7. Complaints: If you are not satisfied with your service your stylist may fix it at a convenient time for both of you.  You have one week from the original service date to let your stylist know what you are unhappy about.  If you need additional color and/or want it styled you may be charged. Changing your mind does not constitute a free service.  To avoid miscommunication with your stylist please use photographs of the cut and color you want to achieve. We do provide magazines for you to pick out photos.
Cancellation & No Show Policy
  • CANCELLATIONS - We require 24-hours notice for all cancellations. Advanced notice will help us to utilize our technicians’ availability and accommodate our clients’ needs.
  • NO SHOWS – Appointments that are missed without notice given will be charged A “NO SHOW FEE” of 20% of appointment.  It is a small amount that will help us to cover our losses.
  • REPEAT OFFENDER -We all try to be sensitive to clients' situations but lost appointments cost us money that our businesses need. If a client is a "repeat offender", or 3 times, in terms of no-shows or cancellations, we ask that when you make your next appointment, you give us your credit card number and we will be charging a 50% non-refundable service charge if it happens again.  This separates the serious client from someone who doesn't really respect your salon services or professional place in this world
  • LATE-ARRIVALS (beyond 15 minutes) - will be accommodated if possible. It may be necessary to cancel part of the scheduled services. There may be a 20% service fee, if a service must be canceled due to a late arrival.
  • Confirmation Calls:  We make every attempt to call and confirm all appointments 1-2 days in advance. Reminder calls, text, or emails are a courtesy and the salon is not responsible for unconfirmed, missed appointment.  Canceling at the time of your reminder is also considered a no-show.  We are not reminding you to cancel.
